Mike's Story

South High to Boston University to Denver Colorado to Los Angeles, CA, and back east to Western New York state. Own a microbrewery south of Rochester near the Finger Lakes. Life is really too short to drink cheap beer! Doing my best to diversify the choice of beer in New York state. Great marriage and three boys (now 14-18) keeping me from falling apart physically. Fast forward several years . . . . One high school graduate, a senior heading to SUNY Brockport next year, and a high School junio...Expand for more
r who is impatiently waiting for his 35th birthday to straighten this country out! . . . Life does change! 18 years under my belt since founding CB Craft Brewers. Started the brewery in 1997 and have made and sold a lot of beer and created many many smiles! Life's too short to drink light, watery beer! Stop by for a tour or tasting if youre ever in the Western New York area (Rochester / FingerLakes / Buffalo.) If you can't make it by, grab a Caged Alpha Monkey IPA anywhere good beer is sold here!

Yay!!!! December reprieve from Winter with warm Sunday afternoon to get the leaves taken care of (after a month under the snow), the lawn mowed, Tractor put to bed, and get the outdoor lights and decorations up!! Yay!!!!!

New Years Eve Dinner ready. . . To cook! Tenderloin medallions with large Shrimp. Mushrooms saute'ing and twice baked potatoes in oven. Better than amateur night out on the town!
Merry Christmas one and all. Remember every memory you have had and remember to record a few from this year. Here's one for us from 15 years ago, 2003!!
Staff was great!!! Had a funghi pizza and a phenomenal flight. Ended with a kettle sour with beets!!! TO DIE FOR!! Ask for Keely!!!!!
Yep!! That is French Onion dip all over my face!!! Daddy stepped away for a minute and I seized the moment!!!!

After Dad loses a couple on the way in, Jonny gets back at bat. Although he keeps Dad's streak alive by losing one himself. He goes right back at and lands another one!
Finally, Dad lands himself one. The biggest winner today was Dad regardless of the size of this Lake Trout. GREAT MORNING WITH HIS BOYS!!

Great holiday weekend with the kids! (???). Glad to have Staci with us as a future family member!
