the desolate tracks of the pursuit of happiness lead only to loneliness. true pleasure is intrinsically selfish. maybe one must find how to be content in unhappiness, and the loophole of the meaning of life will unfold and relief from the struggle will bear your soul to infinite bliss. paradoxically, I fight for this dream everyday, knowing that I will never find it if I look. the temporary relief from inertia and the animalistic euphoria of being wistful is too tempting. or maybe I just am entertained by contradicting myself and writing a whole paragraph while saying nothing.
