Mike's Story
Life
After HS, I joined the navy. Left the navy after 8 years; my last tour of duty was as a reactor plant supervisor on a nuclear submarine. I have been to Europe, Hawaii, the Carribean, and completely around the contintent of South America.
I am married, have one grown daughter and a grand-daughter. I have two step sons and two step grandchildren.
I scuba dive, take underwater photos, hunt and fish. I still play my guitars. I used to play in a classic rock band "REUNION" with Al Stephens and Randy Swift. Bill Thurman was involved in the initial formation of the band...Expand for more

Now I play in the Praise Band at church and write contemporary Christian music.
I am currently the Training Coordinator for an electronics contract manufacturing company. For the last 12 years, I have held the position of Quality Manager for 3 different companies; setting them on the road to ISO compliance. Needed to back down off of that and now really enjoy the Training Coord. position I have.
I have my real estate license and am associated with Reece and Nichols, Belton. I live in Raymore with my wonderful wife Karen who graduated from Liberty High.
