Mike's Story

Life Well, well, here we are on the eve of our 20th high school reunion! How time flies!! I am now married and must admit, that though it is a lot of work, I enjoy the married life. Being a bachelor and living the single life was getting old like me...no wait, that came out wrong! I have done about everything I've wanted to do as a single man and once I moved back from California, I met a wonderful woman and though it took a while, (dated about 5 years) I am finally settled down. After I graduated from Jefferson, I attended Sacford (San Antoinio Community College) for a year. After that I joined the Army where I had the pleasure of going to Saudi Arabia as a medic during Desert Storm. Oh, it was a fun filled 6 months of sun and sand....yeah right! After returning I moved to Fresno, California where I attended Fresno State University for a year and then Fresno City College for 2 years before tranfering back to Fresno State. I then moved to Inglewood and finally Venice, California. While living there, I began to take an interest in bodybuilding and fitness competitions. I moved back to San Antonio after transfering with my job in 1998 but only stayed f...Expand for more
or 4 months before transfering again to Dallas, Texas where I was a manager for Bally Total Fitness. I currently reside in Arlington around the corner from Six Flags, right down the street from The baseball stadium and up the block from the new Jerry Jones stadium that is under contruction. I was employed with American Airlines, which allowed me to travel the world, at least anywhere American Airlines flies and see and experience so many cultures. I then went to work for Citicapital and now Sonitrol Commercial Securities. I dont know what the future holds for me and my family, as we plan on moving again in the near future in and around the New York area to be closer to my family, but whatever it is, I am ready! So far, I have lived an exciting life and never expected in my wildest dreams to have done everything I have done up to this point. My parents passed away and currently the only connection I have in San Antonio is my oldest son that attends Clark High School. He plans to move to whatever city I am living at as soon as he graduates. Hope everyone is doing fine, take care and hope to see some of my old friends soon...Oh yeah GO Spurs Go !!!!
