Life update: 2006 Hello everyone, Well at 48 years old, I’m finally taking the time to learn how to use our computer. So let me catch you up on my life since high school. I joined the military September 1976. Served 3 years with the 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg N.C. One of my roommates was Steve Thompson (class of 1977). I met my wife (Lisa Cofer class of 1980) a few weeks before I got out of the military in 1979. We were fixed up on a blind date by friends Brian Martin & Kim Matassa (both class of 1980). Lisa & I dated a couple of weeks & have been married 27 years. We have 2 children, Mike Jr. (25), & April (22). Mike Jr. modeled with Elite modeling before moving to Hollywood to try acting after high school. He is currently a Ranger in the military and doing great. April was blessed with her mother's good looks. She was homecoming & prom queen in high school. She accepted a basketball scholarship to North Georgia College & State University, where they won 2 conference championships while April played there.
