Mike's Story
I have 2 sons, 2 daughters, 2 grandaughters and a beautiful wife, oh, and Dakota our beautiful black lab!. We love to cruise, we do it twice a year. We have been to virtually every port in the Caribbean, Alaska, Mexico and Hawaii, saving the northern Atlantic and the Med for when we retire. I have grown a bit since high school, I am now 6'4 250#, OK, I love my beer, and I quit smoking in 2006 after 37 years, cold turkey, proudest day of my life! I run a small electronic connector company. I worked for 3M for 25 years until they close...Expand for more
d the Mentor branch. Went to Chicago after they closed to work for another 3M plant for 2 years, not much for Chicago so I got out of there.
I am an avid fisherman, it is my passion, in 1986 I caught a 45" 28# Northern Pike in Canada, took 3rd place in the Molsen's Big Fish contest that year. Would have topped 30# if it had anything in its belly, but she just came out to feed, completely empty! In Hawaii in 2010 I fought a 400# 12' Shark for 25 minutes in the fighting chair before it broke the leader. My best and worst fishing stories!
