Mike's Story
After school, I continued on an athletic path. In 1990 I was a member of the Team U.S.A at the World Biathalon Championships (running and cycling). In 91 started racing on the pro tour around the US for a few years eventually stopping from injuries.In 95 I left G'ville for the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid were I competed as a speed skater ...Expand for more
until 2000 with the hopes of the 98 or 02 games, fell short at the trials in 98 and retired from competing in 2000.
I owned a small gym in Ticonderoga for a few years before we moved back to the capital district were I now work for Gold's Gym and Realty USA. My wife and I have been married for 16 years and have one child who will be 5 in the spring.
