After graduation, I attended Oklahoma State University on scholarship where I played Football for two years and Track for 4 years.
I was offered a graduate assistant Track Coach job at the University of Alabama which eventually lead to becoming Alabama's first Strength and Conditioning Coach. time for our local Lexus dealership as one of their 11 retired Drivers. We have a very flexible schedule and get the opportunity to drive world class cars every day to various places in NC. Pretty good jig! There is no way I could sit around and do nothing.
Lee manages our 3 rental properties as well as officiating NCHSAA Volleyball as a State rated official.
We have two great children, Whitney and Brandon. Whitney is a UNC grad and is working in the Business world in NYC. She is getting married in May. So much for my retirement money. Brandon graduated from Lees-McRae College and enjoyed playing Lacrosse.for 4 years. He now lives in Lexington, Virginia and does contract specialty woodworking projects.
