Mike's Story
Life
Did 2 years at Grays Harbor Community College and then graduated from Washington State U in 1971. Joined the Peace Corp and spent two facinating years in a village in India. Gave me a taste for foreign living so joined the Foreign Service in 1974 and spent the next 27 years knocking about the Middle East, Africa and Asia working on economic and commercial issues. red in 2001 and settled in the Orlando, Florida area where my daughter was attending college. I still do part time work in international trade but otherwise enjoy the Florida lifestyle - except in hurricane season. Next step, my daughter's wedding in February 2010.
