Mike's Story
Moved out of Everett before the ink was dry on diploma. Tried California for a while no work down there. Moved back to Seattle to work for Boing. Found that boring and joined the NAvy to learn a trade. 4 years as a Interior Comm. Tech stationed in Japan (twice), San Diego and Boston MA. Met and married a woman from Salem MA. Moved back east after discharge. Worked various jobs,operated my own garage and owned and managed rental property. Lost my first wife to kidney infection in 1975. Remarried in 1976. high tech companies untill landing at Xerox for 22 years. Took early retirement in 1994 own/operate a Mail Box ETC shipping store for 12 years. Had two girls (adopted for Koea) the oldest now lives in Olympia WA lost the youngest to cancer just before 15th birthday. Now semi retired working as a carpenter/painter or what ever I can get. Finally revisited Everett for 40th reunion and agin last year for father's intermint. Hoping to move back to Oplympia area after my wife retires. Planning now to attend 50th reunion.
