Mike's Story
Life
After I graduated, I went to Cal. State Long Beach, and earned a bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing. During this time, I dated a beautiful woman named Sherri Luckey, whom I married in June, 1992 (just five years out of high school!) We lived in an apartment in Lake Forest for the next 18 months, and finally decided that we had had enough of Southern California. During a trip to visit her brother in Vacaville, CA. Northern California. In January, 1994, just days before the Northridge Earthquake, we moved to Northern California, and within six months we found a home in the town we now live in, called Dixon.
Now, we are living in our second home here in Dixon, we have a handsome little boy named Jeffrey (born in September, 1998), and a beautiful little girl named Jordan (born in January, 2002), and two cats, Littlefoot and Booboo. Sherri works as a Marketing Manager for an industrial chemical company based less than a mile from the school at which I work as an English Teacher.
