Mindi's Story
Life
After graduating from Crawford I went on to UCLA where I received a B.A. in History in 1991. I moved back to San Diego and worked in Convention Services at the San Diego Princess Resort until April 1996 when I moved to Las Vegas to work for my family's company.
Our company, ConvExx, produces trade shows all over the country. We are currently working on a major motorcylce enthusiast event in Las Vegas - Las Vegas BikeFest. We also manage the SEMA Show which is the 2n...Expand for more

I am very happy in Las Vegas. I have a great group of friends and spend lots of time hanging out with them and traveling. I spent three weeks in Australia in 2004 which was incredible.
I got married in December 2005 to the love of my life, Mark and we had our first child, Jacob Martin Cherry, on November 28, 2006.
I try to make it back to San Diego every couple of months so I hope to run into some of you there! Go Colts!
