my first iguana i bought her when she was just a tiny little thing that fit into the pakm of your hand. now yoshi
looks like a 4ft.small alligator.DJ is my bigger one that inherited from a lawyer who was getting married and could no longer keep her. DJ stands for DON JUAN....the guy couldn't tell her sex at the time and thought he had gotten a male. So i just call her DJ!
Now my little boy is definitely a male with all the beautiful colors and and he'll eventually look like a Ferocious Lions Head! He's a cutie! still small right now though! I have this huge cage where they all live happily together.
They're vegeterians and they love yogurt and cheese. Unfortunately they are not a children's pet because of their vicious bite and razor sharp teeth! Yes i have been bitten by my babies but i love them and do handle them very carefully.i cl...Expand for more
ip their nails and i do help them shed their old skin as they keep growing. they love coming in the house and at xmas time they try to chew on the limbs of my tree because it's green and they think it's edible.
couldn't find my little one one day and lo and behold if he hadn't climb to the top of my tree where i have my xmas topper. i would've never found him except that i heard something fall off the tree ( one of my ornaments) and i realized as i looked up that he was peeking from behind a xmas bow watching me looking for him.they are mischievious sometimes. My husband and my Big Guys are terrified of my pets.
They holler for me if any of them get out of the porch and come into the house.They have very strong tails which
they can whip the FIRE right out of you!
Ever been spanked by the belt or a switch??......Well that's what it feels like!
