In a Nutshell, I was a THIEF and a DRUG-DEALER committed and determined to live a life of crime. Naturally, I landed in Prison and it was there that my Life was forever changed by the Lord Jesus Christ! I surrendered my Life to Him on September 16, 1980 and Jesus called me through His Word and by Revelation of the Holy Spirit to, "Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands those things which are good, that he may give unto him that is in need" (Eph.4:28)
Since then, I have made many mistakes, but have learned from each one of them. I have devoted my Life to God, Family & that Heavenly Calling wanting the whole world to know that there is a God in Heaven who Loves and Cares deeply for each one of us, Past, Present and Future! God has a Marvelous Plan for ALL, which can be found in Jesus, who is calling you as well.....to come Home to the Father!

ALMS was created back in 1987 by the direction of our Lord Jesus Christ leading me to conduct Short-Term Missionary Trips to HAITI. Since then, ALMS has rendered services Here and Abroad that provides the Leading, Training, Organizing, Networking, and Consulting, including an Educational INFO-PAK (Haiti-Island Of Hope), to assist Churches, Youth Groups and/or Organizations in conducting Safe & Successful Short-Term Mission Trips to this deeply impoverished Nation of stark contrasts, called: Haiti - Gods' Island Of Hope!
ALMS has been conducting Short-Term Trips since 1988 with/thru various Churches and Mission Organizations throughout the USA and abroad. Missionary James has been involved with many various Mission Groups and Church Outreach Trips since 1985. ALMS has assisted in the Long-Term establishment of Schools, Churches, Medical & Dental Facilities, Housing, Wells, Out-Houses, and Child-Sponsorship Programs that provide Impoverished Children with: Love, Tuition, School Clothing, Books, Teaching Materials, Daily Hot Meals, Dry Feedings, Medical & Dental Care, Gifts, Care Packages, Bible Classes which in turn, includes Jobs for Teachers, Cooks, Administrators, Security Guards, Mechanics, Maintenance Engineers, Janitors & more! Throughout the years, ALMS has accomplished these Great Works of the Lord by Networking & Co-Laboring along-side of the various Ministries below:".
