Life
I love Alaska! It is so cool that I live here. People save up their whole lives to visit Alaska just once. I can sit here at my computer, turn my head and look at the Alaskan Range. Today, Denali is big on the horizion.
After I finished a BA in Chemistry at UTK, I moved here with my soon to be husband, Jon. We now have 2 boys, Bobby(11) and Will(6). For any of those who knew me in college, I still have the same cat who lived with me 2 years illegally in the dorm. Bandit is 22 years old this year and more bossy than ever. it seems like he will never die and the kids are growing up, we got 2 Ocicats about a year ago. The boys needed to experience having a pet that's not a geriatric. This is a wonderful breed of domestic cat.
Well, it's spring time here. The Canada geese and the Sandhill cranes are back. Pretty soon the trees will bud and, I swear, they unfurl in one day! It's that 24 hours of light that does it.
