WMC-FM100, WZXR Rock103, WHBQ, WRVR (The River), and WMPS FM (The Pig) are the stations that I have worked for in Memphis. I also worked for "The Father of Rock and Roll" Sam Phillips of Sun Records at his station in Florence, AL – WQLT. In New Orleans I worked at WRNO and WNOE FM. I spent fifteen years in Las Vegas and added KMZQ, KFBI, KWNR and KFM to my resume there.
I also did local record promotion for ABC Records in New Orleans and National Promotion for Fretone Records (“Disco Duck”) owned by Estelle Axton of Stax Records fame.
I am now the Memphis Entertainment Examiner and The National Classic Rock Examiner. I also write freelance for the Memphis Daily News. My first book, "Radio Daze" was released in 2012.
