Mitchell's Story

Life So there's this kid in high school, who is not quite fitting into any of the standard groups; jocks, hippies, nerds, thugs, etc. He graduates & moves to Minnesota to attend college. Once there, he loses lots of weight, gets a decent haircut, learns about stuff. Unfortunately, he still feels that he doesn't quite fit in with the crowd. So it's off to the US Air Force, and serving the country. A couple of years go by and he moves back into the real-world. For a while (20 years), he works in restaurant management, and feels that this may truly be his calling. Finally one day he realizes that he hardly ever sees his wonderful wife, friends, family, etc. Now the kid moves into...Expand for more
his ultimate career---Information Technology. The end result is an eclectic mix of a guy who thinks like a boy scout, builds computers for fun, collects blade weapons, drives a Firebird, enjoys target shooting, and is madly in love with his wife. I hope this helps give you some perspective. Mitch. Workplace After various and sundry jobs in sales, I worked in the restaurant management for about 20 years. Finally, the limit was reached on working nights/weekends/holidays. I went through a career change in 1998, and moved into the IT field. Life is swell now. Military 1979-1981 USAF; San Antonio, Denver, Panama City. Weapons Control Systems on F-106 Interceptor.
