Life
After graduating from U of I Chgo, I moved to New York in 1984, looking for a job in radio. I was a Saturday morning DJ at FM106.3, a modern rock station in central New Jersey for 14 years before I decided I'd rather sleep late on Saturdays! assed away after many health issues related to diabetes. The first few years afterward were absolutely crushing - how can you want to get up in the morning without the love of your life? But I've made it through that time and now enjoy spending time with friends, traveling or just relaxing at home. I gave internet dating a shot, and may try it again, but it seems like a lot of work without a lot of benefits! Of course, how else do you meet someone these days?
