Molly's Story
Life
Hello Class of 1995-
Many things have transpired in my lifetime, but something that recently occured has changed my life forever. My fiance, Jason Duermyer, was killed in a motorcycle accident on North Oak in Kansas City. He passed away 12-21-03 and he was 34 years of age. Right now, Feb 2004, I am trying to put my life back together. I have hope that I will love again as much as I did Jason. Feel free to e-mail me - I would love to hear from you. LUV - Molly
College
I high jumped on the track team at UMKC on scholarship my first semester. Transfered to Woods for a semester and then onto NWMSU ...Expand for more
for two years. I had my resume in at Southwest Airlines for two years before I was given an interview. I was always interested in being a flight attendant so I went for it.
Workplace
Being a Flight Attendant for Southwest Airlines is absolutly nutty. I meet all kinds of people, I don't take any paperwork home with me, I only work 3 days a week, I get to travel for free, my company is amazing, and I have made some wonderful friendships along the way. I love it when I am working, I just don't like commuting to Chicago every week. I'm sure the rest of you out there can agree - long commutes are a real drag.
