Monty's Story
After High School I went to University of Utah, LDS mission in Germany and Italy, BA from BYU in '67, where I met my wife, Brenda. Worked for Govt. from '67-'95. Married since '67, and have eleven children. Lived in Germany several years, Washington, D.C. area several times, St. Louis, Cleveland, Huntsville, AL., Albuquerque. Retired in Albuquerque in '95, but kept active as private investigator for several years. After 9/11 attack I've been back on consulting basis to State Dept. in Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Balkans, Turkey, Germany, etc. My wife doesn't want me to go play in the big sandbox any more. Plus, I'm tired and need a rest, but they already have someplace new for me to go. It's hard to say no, but we're really busy now with volunteer service together. That was a couple years ago, I'm in Nairobi, Kenya right now. managing a counter-narcotics program. Having a blast. Got 4 couriers arrested last week in Tanzania. ...Expand for more
