Moved to North Platte as Executive Director for a newly forming non-profit focused on affordable housing and economic development
Bought a home in 1998 - because I adopted a puppy, Sadie, that was not allowed in my apartment. I call it a very expensive dog house. We have been restoring the 1917 house ever since. The bathroom was completed the day of our wedding rehearsal - the BBQ was at our house!

Opened Taylor's Bridal on June 24, 2002 ( I needed a dress and now I have a lot of them!) We have doubled in size and moved to a new location since opening.
Married Charlie Magnuson on September 28, 2002
We have 5 dogs - 2 pound puppies (mine) & 2 black labs (his) & 1 lab cross (ours) and a pond full of goldfish.
The newest addition to our family is our 1st child. Our son, Bennett Austin Taylor Magnuson was born on July 1, 2005, weighing nearly 10lbs and 23.5 in long. We call him Big Ben. The grandparents were glad it wasn't another puppy!
