Nanci's Story
Currently, living a blessed life in St. Louis, near my son and granddaughter. Still fundraising and painting.
Raised $870,000+ to build a new Primary Care Center focused on Women’s Health in Liberia in response to the Ebola crisis.
Worked in Ethiopia 2007-2008, reengineering the government-owned phone company with a great group of experts from the US and Canada.
Led a group of 380 volunteers in Colorado Springs that started and ran a free clinic from 2002-2006. The goal was to provided $1 million in free care on a budget of less than $25K, (ie everything was donated and there was no paid staff).
Traveled to Singapore, Kenya, Israel, England, France in 2001-2002. Painted, did...Expand for more
pottery, dabbled in charity work, enjoyed not working.
Lived in Newport Beach in 2000, settling mom's estate. Moved to Colorado, but spent a lot of time with my brother in Sedona and my son in San Diego.
Came to Sprint, Kansas City in 1989 to start-up their Government Division. Did a lot of strategic planning and finance work and ended as the VP Product Management for Sprint Business until 1999. Cashed out to focus on charity work.
Worked for General Dynamics, Corporate in St. Louis from 1984-1989 doing Finance and Contract Compliance work.
Worked for ITT and other places around Orange County between college and moving to Missouri in 1984 to work at General Dynamics Corporate.
