Nancie's Story
I am the "proud" mother of twin 9 1/2 year old twin girls, Emily and Elizabeth! They are quite a lot to handle and definitely keep me on my toes. They are fraternal, but most people swear they are identical. As far as I am concerned, they "resemble" each other, but look like two different kids. Well, that pretty much tells you what I've been up to for the last 10 years.
Before the girls, I worked, maintained an apartment and pretty much just lived life to the fullest! I'd say that I had/have a good life. No "REAL" complaints. The usual, but nothing to really shake a stick at.
I am employed at a company that sells construction specialties. I am an estimator/project manager/coordinator, etc. I enjoy it for the most part. I really enjoy it because there aren't a lot of stupid rules that I have to worry about following. I can be my self and not have to worry about how it...Expand for more

I feel as though I am still the same person now as I was back in school. May be a bad thing for you, but I think I am and was a pretty good person, pretty "cool". I like me and I guess that is about all that really matters. I've got a number of really great friends, so I must not be that bad off.
I am not married although I do have a "man-child" of my own. The girls' dad is "around" but not actively involved with us and so I chose not to be bothered with him when he decided that he didn't want to be bothered with them. The gentleman that I am with has been involved with the girls full time since before they were 3. They love him and he loves them. We are doing really well.
