I have had several jobs in my lifetime including several waitressing jobs, working in a factory for 19 years, working 3rd shift doing computer networking at a local hospital and working as a physical therapy secretary /aide. From the time I was waitressing I knew that I enjoyed communicating with people. I've even been a union steward while working at the factory. Although my employment has varied much over the years, I still have the need to directly be involved with other people. The job I loved the most was being the medical secretary. I felt blessed to work with the caring people that I did, not only with my co-workers, but especially with the patients. It was never a dull moment and everyone had a unique story to tell.
