Nancy's Story
Life
I've seen virtually no one from highschool since graduation, but certainly would be interested in hearing from former classmates. Since 2003 is the fortieth anniversary of our graduation, I was certain a reunion would be imminent. I've wanted to attend in the past, however, was unable to coordinate contact with the planning committee. Upon learning about Classmates.com, I was hopeful this would be a good vehicle with which to reach former schoolmates.
I live in North Minneapolis with my husband, Ragland (Rags) Cooper. We both are employed by Canadian Pacific Railway (formerly Soo Line Railroad) in downtown Minneapolis. I'll have worked at the railroad for thirty-three years this August and will be eligible for retirement and full railroad pension at age 60 which is one year and nine months in the future. ...Expand for more
Then, I'll be free to pursue my true interests more completely.
I enjoy art, movies, theater, museums, sewing, music, books, travel and entertaining. We love downhill skiing and have visited many resorts and ski towns in the western U.S. We also like cross-country skiing, however, due to the lack of snow have been unable to do that for a few years. (Which is unfortunate, because we virtually live next door to a golf course.)
I've always loved animals. At present, we have two dogs (a Black Labrador and a Black Labrador/Springer mix) and four cats (two black cats, a Cornish Rex and a Lynx-Point Himalayan).
We own an older home which we adore, however, its age also means lots of work. It seems we're also repairing or replacing something.
Enough about me. Don't hesitate to e-mail me - I've love to hear from you.
