I am hoping that my old friends remember me as a friendly, caring, giving person! As a child, when I was asked what I wanted to be when I grow up, I always answered "I want to be a mom". From what I remember, my family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right...I am the proud mom of 4 great kids who are now 31, 26, 23 and 15...AND Nana to my 3 awesome grandbabies...Lailanni Za'Nyah is 5 and Domiinic Alexander is32 and Damian Jamal is 15 months old!! Being mom/Nana are my greatest pleasures! I guess that I am one of those rare people who rarely get angry. Most don't understand it...at times, neither do I. I am not saying that I don't get upset, disappointed, hurt...but rarely angry. my relaxation techniques include cooking/baking...volunteering...helping others...learning...going to the library...singing/listening to music...and especially playing with my grandchildren! I wasn't a wild 'kid' while in school! Wild for me: taking Mr Beeson's car (with his permission of course) with Sue and going to McD's during study hall! LOL ...Expand for more
