Nancy's Story
Here is my story in a nutshell:
Graduated, got married in 1965, moved to Norfolk, VA as he was in the Navy. Moved to Nashville, TN, had a daughter in 1966 and a son in 1969. Moved several more times (thanks to the Navy) before moving to Ohio (where my parents moved to in 1966) in 1971, divorced in 1972. Moved to Alaska in 1980. Met a soldier (but never intended to marry again) and married in 1987 and moved to Kansas where I have been ever since. een busy ever since. We purchased an historic home in 1989, placed in on the National Register of Historic Properties in 1993. We have been restoring it since we moved in and have finally just about completed the inside and by next spring will finally have all of the landscaping done. My hobbies are family genealogy, house genealogy (have placed 11 properties in the National Register here in Abilene) and do a lot of volunteering at our county Historical Society.
