After my college years, I married and followed my husband to Wyoming where I was the Assistant Personnel Director of a small hospital and then we moved to Brownsville, TX where I worked in the data processing department of a bank and then moved into credit analysis and moved back to Dallas and continued that career until I decided to take a less stressful job as a secretary for several hotels in Dallas, among...Expand for more
them the Crescent Court and then after my mother died, I found my real career in law - I worked as a legal secretary/assistant until I retired. I began in criminal law and moved into the corporate/real estate area and then retired with Securities and Private Offerings, including IPO's. The work was easy because I had such a wonderful boss and co-workers.
I am past president of a nonprofit organization here in Texas.
