Nancy's Story
Life
Well, still driving a school bus part time. Just spent 5 yrs with the Chamber of Commerce. Decided to drop it and work with the Sr. Citizen's Center, and am Vice Chairman of the Board. I also serve as Co-President of a very active Garden Club, and sadly just closed down a 4-H club I had for almost 2 years. We raise Dexter cattle, and have 5 horses. I also serve as editor for the American Cream Draft Horse Association. Between that and other creative computer design work for the Park Board and a few other groups, I keep pretty busy and go through a lot of ink! No chil...Expand for more
dren, unless you count the animals, of course. I think we currently have ~ 2 dozen cats; not my idea. We live on a farm in Crocker, MO; not my idea (of a choice place to live). Love the farm, just don't like MO. Jeff retired here as a First Sergeant after 22 years in the Army, although his last position was of Command Sergeant Major for nearly a year. His hours are a lot better now; he actualy gets to come home while it's still daylight. I did get my Bachelor of Science degree, but I really enjoy working as an editor and staying home with my cows.
