Nancy's Story
I have been living in Lake Havasu City, Arizona since 1981. I started in Banking in 1967 and stayed in that profession, continuing my education and climbing the latter. Helping people get on solid footing, restructuring their finances was a challenge and I loved it. Retired from banking after 30 yrs with BBVA here in LHC, even surviving 6 bank mergers.. Love it here, except summer heat really getting to me now. Love retirement, very busy doing all the fun things I choose. Hiking is my first choice, joined two different groups in town. the LakeHavasu Pickleball Assoc. Fun being on the ground floor, got to do all the research and paperwork for non-profit status. Now that was fun. This is a great place to live as there are so many opportunities. Sometimes too busy.
I have a Son (30) and Daughter (45), both doing well. Finally my first grandchild was born 05/12/2016, Son and family visiting this November.
This pas weekend we held our 50th Reunion in LHC, we had 29 people at the dinner. So much fun catching up with everyone. Ideas for 70th Birthday Bash for 66 Grads and 55th Reunion were tossed around. Martianne Pasquarelli and Jim Dudleston volunteered to follow up with these ideas, so please let them know if you can help.
