Where has the time gone? It's unbelievable to me that we're now 30+ yrs beyond h.s. graduation! However, my fitness assessment of Jan 04 said that I was in the 99%ile in cardiovascular compared with same age peers & that I was 'excellent' (recommended for athletes) in body composition. Does that mean that NO ONE in my age category exercises? Keeping active is a primary focus in my life.

Navy. My older daughter (22) is a science teacher in FL & was #7 in the USA in women's high jump a couple of yrs ago (clearing 6'0"!). My younger daughter (20) is a cadet in the US Coast Gurard Academy. Then, remaining at home are 2 sons (12th & 3rd grade).
I'm a school counselor & work with 600 5th/6th grade students. I enjoy the daily challenges. Never a dull moment.
I would enjoy hearing from anyone who I was acquainted with from Marion, IL, days. Cape Girardeau is probably about 80 miles southwest from Marion!
