Nancy's Story
So here is my bio. I graduated from high school. Didn't really know what I wanted to do with my life except to know that I would not be happy doing office work. So I went to college and became a nurse. I've been doing that for close to 25 yrs now. Currently I am in Pediatrics at a clinic in Shoreline.
I have been married to the same wonderful guy for 26 yrs. My husband Daniel is an electrical engineer for an areospace company in Redmond Washington. We have 4 daughters-all have left the nest.
Our oldest Daughter Angela is in medical school at OHSU in Portland, Oregon. Second daughter Jessica is married now for 6 months and she and her husband Derek live in Ellensburg. They are both studing to become college pastors. Their plan is to graduate as licensed ministers for the Assemblies of God and then go to Japan for ? amoun...Expand for more
t of time. Emily (3rd daughter) is a student at the UW and planning on doing nursing. Our hopes are that she will be accepted to the UW school of nursing, but its pretty tough to get into.
Cynthia (4th daughter) is at CWU in Ellensburg. Her plan is to become a teacher. We have a dog named Sonata who is a labador-retrevier. I have lived in Bothell for over 20yrs now in the same house. I've done some traveling. Went to lebanon and Israel. Daniel and I are considering a trip back to Israel in October and maybe also going to Norway and Denmark. We would make it a month long trip if all works out. I think I have changed a lot since high school days when I was a pretty naive girl. Thank the Lord I have settled down, been blessed with a wonderful family and life. I've been given more than I ever dreamed!
