Nancy's Story
40 years, i can't believe how time has flown.I have been living in a small midwest town, Wheaton Ill., going on 32 years. I was in shock the first 2 years,(it snows alot here) but i grew to love the area and would not live anywhere else.
I have a son, Paul Lynch, he is 32 and lives in Ft.Meyers, Florida. He runs his father's business in commerical cleaning supplies and machines.
I married my husband Ted in 1982. He owns a plant that manufacters gears. We have no children together, just four crazy cats.

I divorced in 1980, our son was just 4 years old, hard times.
When i remarried, i became my husband's office manager and did that for 12 years.
In 1994 i went to a local community college and recieved a certicate in party arts, i was hooked on becoming a chef. I chose a culinary school in Az. mainly because of its small classes, Scottsdale Culinary Institute. I graduated in November of 96.
Being a chef is a very active occupation and at time can be very unnerving, but I so enjoy all the challanges.
