Nancy's Story
Life
Hello,so much has happened since we graduated but I'll tell you about 3 big changes in my life.
First, on July 8,1984,I met the BEST Friend ANYONE could ever have(since I didn't have many friends in school).I was saved. I asked Jesus into my heart(I pray you have also).
Second, I am happily married to a wonderful man,Mike Sluder(from Erwin) on Sept.20,1986.
Third, the birth of our children,Christopher Greg and Holly Marie.
Our son Chris graduated from Erwin High(Class of 2008) and Holly just graduated from Erwin High (Class of 2010) with Honors...Expand for more

Back in December (2008) we found out our son had cancer.(Hodgkins Lymphomia) He took treatments and is now Cancer-Free. We are thankful for everyone who has been there for us.
I am working at Mimis Place Child Care as a teacher. I teach the 1s and 2 year olds.
My husband is an electrician with Buncombe Co. Schools.
I enjoy working with children,helping people, reading, singing, camping/boating, bow shooting, working on the computer and keeping in touch with friends,so lets keep in touch. Hope to hear from you soon. God Bless you all. NWS Class of '83.
