Well since i left Belton in 1971, we moved to Waco, graduated Richfield high school 1973 then i went to Baylor for a year. Transferred to MCC for a year, quit and went to work in Waco then transferred to Tyler and stayed there for about 14 years. While in Tyler married and had my son Gill in Sept of 1991 divorced moved back to Waco. I then went back to school to retrain to be a X-ray Technician and graduated in 1996 moved back to Belton and Worked at King's Daughters Clinic and while there met my current Husband Brian who had a daughter by previous marriage. I also Worked at Scott and White hospital doing X-rays in Surgery cool stuff!!!We got married and combined households and have moved quite a lot because of military. Lived in Missouri for 4 years then after Brian got back from Iraq, he got stationed in El Paso, Texas so we lived there (hell on earth i think) for year and a half then Brian re-enlisted and we got to come back to Belton because he is stationed at Fort Hood. So here we are back in Belton living the good life. I am a stay at home Mom right now but since kids are 17 and 13 they are old enough to take care of them selves so Mom may go to work part-time. I still like to get out and play golf so don't want to work full-time. That is the short story. Well added to that now I am divorced and having to work to support myself but life goes on it is an ever changing circle. I remember one day walking to school with Mom and Jamie Hammitt. One of our neighbors had an Alaskan Husky that jumped the fence and had us cornered to where we ended up going into a neighbors house that was unlocked thankfully and calling the lady to come get the dog. It had almost bit Jamie but Mom got it off . Scary but still went to school. that was in Grade School. I always wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right but i never finished going to school for that , i was so dumb. By verbalizing and writing in my journal. My favorite way to relax is lying in bed with a good book!
