Nancy Lynch:  

Life Went from GCHS to Bennett College, a two year school in Millbrook, N.Y. then studied Journalism at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. Skipped graduation ceremonies to begin a job at Associated Press in Miami. A few years later married GCHS alum Luke Lynch, a Yale and Harvard grad who works in a NYC law firm. We had two children, Bettina Anne in 1973 and Luke III in 1976. Bettina, a graduate of Westminister School and Roanoke College, works at AIG. Luke III is a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover and George Washington University. Luke III works at UBS. In 2000 he married Kelly McLaughlin of Manhasset and there is now a Luke IV. His sister, Erin Gail Lynch was born on Valentine's Day 2004 ! Three years ago I helped launch Pet Safe, a program for Animals in Disasters at the American Red Cross in Nassau County, New York. Mission: "To educate Nassau County pet owners about disaster preparedness and provide emergency care and sheltering through local veterinarians and animal shelters."
