Nancy's Story

I currently live in Bend Oregon and work for Pacific Power in renewable energy. I have a bachelors degree from OSU in Natural Resource Management/Policy and have been a ski instructor/ski race coach at different locations in the US for 30 years. I have had both my knees replaced and I highly recommend it. I am a new woman! I am single, have a daughter whom just graduated from OSU with a pre-med Chemistry degree. Bend! My hobbies include backcountry skiing, MTN Biking, road biking, hiking, skate skiing and kayaking. I am hiking the Camino in Spain this fall and will be skin instructing in either Utah or Colorado this next winter. I have a dog named who is my hiking companion. I am a volunteer with the Deschutes county search and rescue. I have been running lately but don't tell my Doc, I'm no supposed to but I love it! A rebel as usual!
