Life
In a nutshell...went to college at NMSU for a degree in Secondary Education/Biology and a minor in Dance/Music/and Theatre Arts, got engaged,interned at Walt Disney World (summer96), back to college, broke my engagement, interned again at Disney World (Jun97-Jan98), back to college, worked for Wells Fargo Bank, met my husband (Aug98), got engaged (Sept 98), got married (Jun99), husband (Jason) left for Army (July99), had beautiful baby girl (Nov. 99), went back to work, Jason got back from training (Feb00), moved to Fort Polk,Louisiana(Mar00) which is even more "in the middle of nowhere" than home ever was, divorced from Jason(Dec00), dated various guys (yuck, really don't like dating), worked for First National Bank for five years, met my best guy friend there, then after hi...Expand for more
s divorce, invited him for coffee (April 05), got to be more than friends, moved in together, got engaged, got two more daughters in the deal, got pregnant with our son, Brandon born December 05, post-phoned our wedding to this year (07) because we had to get a bigger house and (ugh) a mini-van in order to fit our now huge family (6) into one vehicle. Life has certainly taken a few turns I wasn't expecting. Worked for New Mexico State University (06-08), moved to Roswell, NM and now I work at the Children, Youth and Families Department as an eligibility interviewer. I love my HUGE family, and I'm finally getting to plan the wedding I always wanted. Got married on June 14th, 2009 to Peter B Powell. Feb 10, back into the theatre after nine years! **12/2010 added another baby boy!
