Nanette's Story
Hi there old friends. I am Nanette Dickerson. Grew up on Jackson Rd.. Went to Oak Grove & Hustead Jr.High & then onto Greenon. My parents moved me to Phoenix,Az.after my sophomore year, but I always considered Greenon my high school. Tried to come back 2x to Ohio & finish h.s.,but didn't work out. I am married & have 2 grown children & 2 grandchildren. Have been fortunate not to have to work most of my adult life, due to a husband that puts up with a homemaker instead of a breadwinner. bs & can do just about anything I put my mind to. Enjoyed being a stay at home mom & being there for my children & now I help out a lot with my grandchildren. Am hopeing to get to come to the 40th class reunion in 2 yrs. ( since I grew up with most of you, I still consider myself your classmates). Hope to hear from some of you soon. I do try to make it back to Ohio every year & visit my BFF (Carolyn Preston) & her family & also some relatives in SE Ohio. Talk soon. Nanette as you know me, but I am better known nowadays by Nikki.
