Naomi's Story
Life
I still live in sunny Southern California. My love of my life and I have been married for more than 27 years. In that time we have moved around quite a bit because of my husband's career with the State of California. I am a stay-at-home Mom and enjoy being engaged in various church, community and sports-oriented activities. After being in the career world for many years in a busy law firm, I quit my job to raise my family. For a few seasons, I taught step classes and kick-boxing at the gym. Who knew I'd enjoy sweat-filled gyms over posh law firms. I must say that the best job I ever had is being a Mom.
The best lesson in life I have learned thru the years is that the happiest people in life are the ones who have learned how to serve with no thought of reward.

I learned that the human spirit is amazing. As long as we work hard and hold on to faith and hope we can do anything.
I am blessed to have two beautiful children. We are a family that loves to be together. I find joy in their growth and discoveries of the beautiful world in which we live (I never know what I'll find in the wash). We fill our extra time with football, soccer, and trail-running in the hills behind our property. We play "stinky sock" and dance like no one is watching and hopefully, no one is watching. No couch potatoes here. We are grateful for all that we have. What a great privilege and responsibility a family is. Hopefully, If we do it right, our kids will be wiser, stronger and more compassionate than our GenerationX.
Thanks for all the great times. I wish all my classmates a joyful life of love.
