Natalie's Story
Life
After leaving Bartlett High School I attened college in Inainapolis, Indiana for 3 semesters. Then in 1999 I met my husband Jason and decided to leave school and get married. We lived in Nashville, Tn for 3 years and last February we moved to Dallas, Tx. I worked for Express for 6 years, but I decided to leave when I was 3 months pregnant. My son Collin was born in August of 2003. Now I am pretty much a stay-at-home mom. My husband is the full-time youth pastor at our church, so I help him whenever I can at the church. doing make-overs on their homes. We get everything we need donated, send the people out for about 8-10 hours, and then get a crew and do the make-over before they get back. (We also stock their pantry and fridge.) I have always loved decorating, so my Mom and I thought...how can we use our hobby to help other poeple? And that's what we came up with. Right now we are working to get funded by the Dallas Chamber of Commerce. We are also involved with raising money to help cancer patients at Texas Children's Hospital. It feels so great to help other people. Dallas is a great city, we are so happy here!
