Neal's Story
Life
Upon graduation I joined the Navy and lived in Jacksonville, FL, returning to CT in '77. Employed at EB & Kaman. During this period I also played guitar & sang in various bands and began performing stand-up comedy in Boston, Hartford & Providence.
In '88 I moved to southern California, working at Telos Medical while continuing with bands and comedy between LA & San Bernardino.
I relocated to Raleigh, NC in '93 ...Expand for more
working at National Specialty Gases and continued performing. I adopted the stage name Neal D. Bluesman and released a CD in 2000.
In 2006 I changed careers and worked at Sam Ash Music in Raleigh. I officially retired from my "day job" in Jan. 2017.
I still perform music with some bands and occasionally perform comedy. I also did some "voice over" work for Travelocity ads.
I have 2 daughters, born in '77 & '78.
