Life
Still only have one kid of my own, he turns six at the end of August and starts First Grade in September!!!
My boyfriend of a while now and I are just talking about moving in together again after not living together for about a year and half or more. Love him lots but we really need to discuss this before it happens. He has three boys of his own and even though they all currently live with their mom up north, just think about it.... Little ol' me in a house full of testosterone....AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!! One woman against five guys...so not fair. Love my life though, hope everyone else has done as well as I have!!!
School
All night Monopoly with too much coffee and too much booze. Enough said about that.
Those weekends spent in Seattle and Portland were awesome but they taught me too much.
College
Just getting ready to head back...Expand for more
to school since finishing my Medical Assistant training a few years ago. Took the placement testing and tested off the charts for Reading and Writing...so to all you lovely people who used to nag me about reading all the time..yeah, take that. I won't be needing to take any reading courses and only one writing course but that's because it's a pre-requisite for the nursing program. Plan to get my RN then either become a NP or get my M.D. I haven't decided yet.
Workplace
Been working as a Medical Assistant in a couple of Oncology clinics. I love my work but the appreciation is nill.
Military
Never been in the military but I totally support our troops. Thank you all for all that you do for the rest of us and sorry for those jerks who bad mouth you....
My cousing is currently on an airbase in Baghdad, I miss her and I hope she is safe.
