Nina's Story
Life
I have been working in the field of therapeutic recreation for seniors since 2000. Starting as a strolling musician at the Hebrew Home for the Aged at Riverdale, I worked my way up to Events Coordinato for HHAR, then left in October 2007 and began a new position as Director of Activities for Atria Senior Living Corp. in their Roslyn, LI, community. I also have a country-western band, Savannah Sky, that performs around the NY area. Check us out on myspace - just search for "savannah sky band." . We play primarily traditional country music, with a generous helping of western swing, and some blues and rock in the mix. I also sing with a jazz quartet and do occasional solo gigs.
I have two kids that are totally different but equally awesome.
