Nita's Story
So, thinking about our next class reunion and how I have lost touch with so many friends...
After high school I worked and went to college (didn't finish) got married moved to Australia, moved to New York, got divorced (way too young and immature for a lifetime committment) moved back to Columbus, dated, renewed old friendships and developed new friendships. Married, Ed, moved to Texas, finished college (Occupational Therapy) moved to Arizona lived in Tucson and now live in Flagstaff where I work, ski, hike, bike, tennis, jog, and play. Great place to visit (over 1 million tourist a year) great place to live except for the cost of housing.
Teachers, what was the name of that gym teacher who did not pick me for the softball team my Junior year?
Wildest days in school- I was pretty tame; got drunk a few times, got sick inside a friends car...Expand for more
once. I didn't even go out when the girls TP the houses of the guys on the football team.
Crushes, they were never returned, John Osterman, Danny Pope, and when I was a kid Don Ransburgh. So long ago.
Life, expectations, Excited about the places I have been fortunate enough to live and the people I have met. Dissappointed that I was not able to have children.
Do-overs? Can't complain. My life isn't bad.
No weird jobs, but I initially went to college to be an accountant, before finishing college I managed a jewelery store (completed GIA's diamond grading course), sold insurance for an insurance broker, worked as a mortgage lender (met my second husband - he was a customer) then went back to college; searched hottest jobs. decided on Occupational Therapy.
I think I have answered enough questions.
Love to here from you, Nita
