Life
I've been fortunate to have a very fulfilling and successful civil service career in Human Resources with the Air Force for 25 years and since mid-1999 with Department of Defense, Civilian Personnel Management Service. Married to my second husband, Richard, for 21 years we mostly enjoy (and sometimes just shake our heads over) a combined family made up of my three children and 5 grandchildren and his two children and four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. ...Expand for more
We are currently living in San Antonio Texas area. Richard retired in 1992 when we left Colorado for my career move to Washington, DC to work at the Pentagon. I am looking forward to joining him in retirement in April 2004. In my spare time, I enjoy sewing, quilting, counted cross-stitch, the symphony, and going to the theater. Of course, there also has to be adequate time to spoil the grandchildren whenever possible. It's a much more difficult task long distance.
