Life My life bio????? Very simple: I still have intense love and zest for life! Rather than life "happening to me", I like to think that "I still happen to life!" I have one child- a daughter, born in 1977. She now resides in Chicago. I am married (the 2nd time) and I am still a local So. Californian. In 2000 and after 24 yrs with Pacific Bell Directory (Now SBC Communications) I retired as a Technology Mgr. Prior to that, for 19 yrs (at the same company) as an Advertising Sales Representative. I obtained a BS in Business Management late in life- 2001! I have a passion for travel and my best travel experiences are always in remote places such as Harbin, China for the annual Ice Sculptures, and Havana, Cuba as an exchange artist learning about the island's political processes and its impact upon present day artists in Cuba. The most daring sport activity I have experienced (and loved) was parachuting; but at 51, I feel more comfortable with my feet on solid ground and at the most, a gliding ski slope with a few moguls! After I managed the responsibilities of parenting and the "career" expectations, I reverted to pursuing and experiencing life according to my desires and goals. I always wanted to enroll in an art school rather than a traditional college or university. In the days I graduated, that was absolutely unheard of; only hippies and dropouts were labeled as artists and musician...Expand for more
