Norman Massengale:  

Norman's schools include Thomas A. Edison High School, he later Attended San Antonio College; Fire Science; 1993; 3.88 GPA, than the Community College of The Air Force; Maxwell AFB Alabama; Fire Science; 1989, and Bucks Community College; Fire Officer Programs. Norman join the US Navy where he served in as an airman aboard the USS Sipain and he served in the repatriation of Haiti and served during the Cuban and Haitian boat migration,after leaving the US Navy he became a DoD Federal Firefighter. Norman worked his way up the change of command to become the Regional DoD Fire Chief of Japan as a Fire Chief for the department of defense and had has been working for the department of defense for 38 years before retiring. He has traveled around the world as a firefighter and just returned to the US from Japan and Okinawa. He oversaw daily activities of $7.2 million departments including personnel management, budget management, program management and other activities of the base that promotes excellence and continuous service improvement.
