Norman's Story
Hi, I'm Norm Beyer. Since '49 I've spent four years in the navy, married Liz Rodin of Turlock, had three daughters, moved from Hayward to Fremont to Livermore to Chinese Camp and then to Twain Harte. Worked for GM for 28 yrs starting with Chev Oakland, then to GMAC Fremont, and retired from GMAC Van Nuys. Taught flying as a part time job for 35 yrs. alot of time. Up until last year we snow mobiled the 18 miles to the cabin.
We have taken trips to Australia & New Zealand, China, Alaska (3), Hawaii, and Europe. When Liz retired from teaching and me from GM we took our motor home to 47 of the contiguos(?)states and Canada. I now work parttime as a salesman for Welcome Home Realty in Mi-Wuk. Mi-Wuk is four miles East of Twain Harte in case you didn't know.
