Norman's Story
After P.W.H.S., went to Triton & IL. State for a couple of years and then decided I "still" hated school. Went to work for American Airlines a month after my 21st B-day and retired in mid '95, after almost 28 yrs.(Special Early Out-Pkg).
Worked in corporate travel for Amex and Carlson-Wagonlit and then 9/11 happened. Acct. at CWT closed and we were all w/o work. Went to work for AON and that lasted 5 yrs. until my job was "outsourced" to India. Decided it was time to hang-it-up, so I ret...Expand for more
ired at 62. Have been working at local golf courses as a Starter/Ranger a few days a week; but, most importantly is play golf 3 - 5 times a week. I also volunteer for a local pet rescue, Almost Home Foundation.
Currently, I am the show coordinator at the Petsmart at Golf & Meacham, across from Woodfield. And, as a "Foster Failure", adopted Domino. Border Collie/Cav King Chas mix. Both of us are getting on in years, but have a lot of fun together. She makes me laugh at least once a day.
